The purpose of this paper is to present some coincidence point and common fixed point theorems for multivalued contraction maps in complete fuzzy metric spaces endowed with a partial order. As an application, we give an existence theorem of solution for general classes of integral inclusions by the coincidence point theorem.

In this paper, the concept of pairwise fuzzy globally disconnected spaces is introduced and studied. The condition under which pairwise fuzzy globally disconnected spaces become pairwise fuzzy -Baire spaces, is established. In this paper we report on the formalization of the Tietze extension theorem using the MIZAR system. This theorem has been formalized as a part of the project aimed at formalizing the Jordan curve theorem. However, this development has turned out to be also useful for other formalizations.
